Grilled Teriyaki Flank Steak

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pounds flank steak
  • 1/2 cup veggie oil
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. Score steak on one side in a tic-tac-toe fashion
  2. Combine flank steak with other ingredients in a zip bag. Marinate for at least 8 hours or overnight
  3. Broil until desired doneness
