  • 1 peach, pitted and sliced
  • 2 green tea bags**
  • 4 ginger coins
  • 3 cups hot water
  • raw honey, optional

Stuff the jar with your fruit of choice, herbs and a tea bag or two. Pour hot water into the jar. Let the tea steep and remove the bag. Allow the tea to cool before sealing the mason jar. Refrigerate.

For those of you who need some sort of directions, you're welcome.

Now, let's Laura-fy it up a bit, shall we?

Our peach and blackberry haul! Yummy!!!!

We also had a local u-pick farm nearby where we picked blackberries.

Using the same process above, I created a to die for blackberry mint iced tea using the geeky green tea(which has a bit of mint in it), gobs of blackberry and honey.

What would I change? Instead of honey, I would switch it to Sweetleaf's vanilla stevia drops instead. I would also try the rooted raspberry tea because I found out that I'm not really a mint fan.

This summer I got my hands on some of the most incredible Georgia peaches from the Peach Truck. Using some lemony white tea, I infused those peaches, added honey and made my favorite iced tea.

Another score!
